- Prices are subject to change based on demand- I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time for any reason- I will charge an additional fee if I am given unclear reference to work with- I do not work with NFTs, AI, hate speech, or underage NSFW content- I will charge an additional fee for commissions that are requested to be private (see copyright section)- I ask that credit is given to me, the artist, if a commission is posted on the client's socialsAGE VERIFICATION

- I will only accept NSFW commissions from clients who are 18+- Proof of age is required for NSFW commissions. You will be asked for an ID to prove you are 18 or older. To ensure that the ID I am looking at is truly yours, I ask that you write your username on a piece of paper, sticky note, tape, etc. which can also be used to cover your personal information, aside from your birthdatePAYMENT

- I will send an invoice via email that contains information for the client's payment- I only accept payments through PayPal- I only accept USD- I will require 100% upfront payment before starting- I will not begin the client's commission until payment is receivedREFUNDS

I will not refund unless:
- I am unable to complete the commissionPROCESS & TURNAROUND

- Turnaround time is usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on queue and complexity- I will send WIPs at the sketch and color stages for approval- If the client doesn't approve or respond within 2 weeks of last speaking with me, the artist, so I may continue the commission, I will drop it with no refund and send the current finished progress on the client's commissionREVISIONS

- You get 3 rounds of changes on the commission piece included in the price- I will charge a fee for each additional revisions I am asked to makeCOMMERCIAL USE

- All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise- Commercial use (branding, merch, streaming, promo, etc.) requires +100% feeCOPYRIGHT

I, EerieMoonshine:
- I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You, the customer:
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless commercial rights are purchased (additional fee will be added to commission price)The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms- Claiming the artwork as your own- Altering the artwork without my consent_{I will take action against copyright infringement of my work}
